Quails’ Gate Winey Dinner at The Dorset – July 15th

With John Szabo and Winemaker Kailee Frasch

Join us in Toronto for an intimate evening that brings the spirit of the Okanagan Valley to the table. Hosted in The Chesil at The Dorset, this thoughtfully curated dinner invites guests to explore a selection of Quails’ Gate wines through a guided journey shaped by place, season, and craftsmanship.

The evening begins with canapés and a welcome pour of rosé, setting the tone for a relaxed and considered progression through the menu. A seated four-course dinner follows, with pairings that highlight the breadth of the estate—from Clone 220 Chenin Blanc alongside the opening course, through Chardonnay and our Queue red blend, concluding with a glass of Pinot Noir Ailm Blanc de Blanc to accompany dessert.

Winemaker Kailee Frasch and Master Sommelier John Szabo will share insight throughout the evening, offering perspective on vintage, vineyard expression, and the thoughtful interplay between food and wine. Each course is pre-selected and designed in harmony with the wines, with careful accommodations for dietary preferences.

Set within The Chesil’s light-filled private dining room—framed by floor-to-ceiling windows and Juliet balconies—the setting is both elevated and welcoming.

We look forward to welcoming you for an evening of wine, thoughtful conversation, and a shared appreciation for the Okanagan Valley.
