Casas Del Bosque Reserva 2015 Carmenère

Sara d’Amato – A dark, dense and deeply rich carmenère showing only a hint of greenness which is largely masked by a big, oaky profile. Voluminous, sensual with notes of cassis, coffee and cocoa and perhaps a touch of residual sugar. Marked heat from alcohol is also notable. Very good concentration. Tannins are ripe and silky. A big, filling mouthful may fill you up after a glass.
