Savour the Flavours of Spain – A Four-Course Wine Pairing Dinner – May 1st Toronto
Please join us on Monday, May 1st at The Chef’s House for a unique experience to enjoy the stars of Spanish cuisine, including Paella made by a Paella expert using the famous Bomba rice from Valencia. Spanish jamón will also be served, carved to order, and olive oils from Spain will be a special feature. The wines being poured will be from the cutting edge region of Rueda and the famous Jerez (Sherry) region. WineAlign’s David Lawrason will be on hand to help guide you through the wine and food pairings.
