Easy drinking, fresh and juicy while maintaining a great complexity. I love this wine, as it offers a whole array of fruits, flowers spices and other flavors while providing thrist-quenching fresh fruit and acidity (along with some ripe fruit flavor and savory notes) as would many good quality organic or unfiltered/natural (not necessarily all three) french Cab Franc's, gamay's and syrah's. However there is something distinctly Mediterranean about the spicy character in this wine. The only drawback is that it is not inexpensive, but definitely worth a try for the curious consumer.
