Nicely maturing nose of mineral oil, river stones, lime cordial and grapefruit zest. The flavours are marvellously integrated in this soft, semi-sweet wine and finely woven notes of steely minerality, stone, citrus, and petrol seem to glide on the backbone of bracing acidity. Showing development, and delicious today, this will continue to evolve over a further 5+ years. Pair with blue-veined cheeses or spicy sushi. (VINTAGES panel, Jan. 2013)
