This wine is composed of 70% auxerrois (for flesh and ripeness) and 30% pinot blanc for acid and freshness) from the sandy-lime soils of the Clos des Capucin that surrounds the domaine, plus one other small parcel. It offers discreet aromas while the palate is crisp and very fresh, yet with sufficient fat to round and soften. Very pure flavours and granular texture. Fine length. Tasted November 2013.
