Still a joung ruby color, voluminous grapy nose with lots of red fruit, round well balanced in the mouth with some light refreshing acidity. Very pleasant medium lenght finish. Very good and will keep for some more years, just as good the day after the botle was opened. Tasted september 10, 2016.

This wine is now aging, the color is now turning to orange at the edges. Still has huge aromas of ripe red fruits but with a bit of acidity perceive. Not as good in the mouth less fruit and more acid then before. Long finish but less pleasant. Is now in special at $15.75 in Quebec, for a reason. Was at its best 2 years ago.

Juan Gil White Label De Cepas Viejas Monastrell 2015

I drank this wine in the past and it was very goog. i think this was a defective botle very little fruit and tons of acidity and a bad smel allthougn the color was fine. Tasted 06/08/2017.

Mezzomondo Negroamaro 2015, Salento, Puglia

For the price hard to beat.
Colour: Dark ruby.
Aroma: Red fruit, rasbery.
Taste: Nice balance, res fruit with some spices.
Finish: Medium lenght.
Very good, best buy, tasted 12/02/2016

Color: Ruby with purpulish reflects, still young.
Aroma: Very grapy like a new wine strange for a wine that was aged in oak.
Taste: Red fruits mostly rasberry.
Finish: Medium lenght whith hot alchoolic finish.

Very aromatic, lots of aroma of orange and litchi, well balance and long. A bit to exotic for my taste but the wine is well made. Tasyed january 10, 2017.

Is it an other defective botle, if this is the case the SAQ sould improve their hendling methods. Too many wines age to fast.
I drank this wine in october with a friend it was very good. Now I have a botle ware the acidity took over evrything, no more aroma, no more fruit, no more lenght just acidity. 12/27/2016.
